David Kravitz: Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Kravitz is an accomplished entrepreneur and inventor who has served in various senior executive, director and advisory positions throughout his career in life sciences. For over 20 years, his focus has been in the fields of trauma and transplantation medicine, women’s reproductive health, therapeutics adherence and regenerative medicine. He is a co-inventor of several dozen medical technology patents and has been a founder of medical technology companies including Organ Recovery Systems where he served as Chairman and CEO. In 2004, he was named in Fast Company magazine’s “Fast 50” list of global entrepreneurs and innovators. Mr. Kravitz is a co-founder of Lifeline Scientific, Inc. and has served as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer since its inception.
Becky Lyne: Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Lyne holds more than 20 years of financial and executive management experience in a variety of industries in both the public and private markets. She has led the Lifeline Scientific, Inc. accounting and finance function for the past several years, first as the Company’s Corporate Controller and subsequently as its CFO. Ms. Lyne earned her MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan and a BS in Accounting from Indiana University.
Tim Govin: Vice President Operations
Mr. Govin has held senior management and engineering positions with large (Honeywell, Philips Electronics) and medium (Moog Medical Devices) companies, as well as start-up enterprises (HemaMetrics). He has extensive domestic and international experience in the design, development and implementation of manufacturing operations. Mr. Govin received his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
