David Kravitz: Founder and Chief Executive Officer
David Kravitz is an accomplished entrepreneur and inventor who has served in various senior executive, directorship, and advisory positions throughout his career in the life sciences. For over 20 years, his focus has been in the fields of trauma and transplantation medicine, women’s reproductive health, therapeutics adherence, and regenerative medicine. He is a co-inventor of several dozen medical technology patents and has been a founder of medical technology companies including Organ Recovery Systems where he serves as Chairman and CEO. In 2004, he was named in Fast Company magazine’s “Fast 50” list of global entrepreneurs and innovators. David Kravitz is a co-founder of Lifeline Scientific and has served as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer since inception.
Lisa Kieres: Chief Financial Officer
Lisa Kieres holds more than 20 years of executive and financial management experience in a variety of industries. She recently has lead the Lifeline Scientific, Inc. finance and administrative function through equity and debt raises, pilot and commercial product launches and international expansion. She earned her MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
Tim Govin: Vice President Operations
Tim Govin has held senior management and engineering positions with large (Honeywell, Philips Electronics) and medium (Moog Medical Devices) companies, as well as start-up enterprises (HemaMetrics). He has extensive domestic and international experience in the design, development and implementation of manufacturing operations. Tim Govin received his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
